Aikido classes are on hold indefinitely at the Tao-n Centre. Please remember the words of the founder of Aikido, Morihei Ueshiba, to train in Aikido one can be anywhere, and not fight with enemies, but practice Aikido as “a way to lead all human beings to live in harmony with each other as though everyone were one family.”
